Commissions are now open.

At long last.  Now that I am on Christmas Break, I finally have time to open commissions.  Apparently no one the Chicago area wants to even interview me, so I am doing commissions mainly because I need at least some income while I try to get a job. So here are my rules, prices, etc.

PROCEDURE
1. Send me a note saying that you would like to commission me. Be as detailed as possible when you  
   describe the character you would like me to work on, especially with the description of the
   clothing and face.  References are not required, but are highly encouraged and greatly
   appreciated if you have them.  If it is a fan art, please include what series the character is
   from.
2. I will send you a note letting you know if I accept the commission or not.  
3. I begin work on preliminary sketch.  I'll post it to my scrapbook and send you a link.
4. Once sketch is approved, half of the final payment is due. I will send my Paypal name upon
   approval.  Once payment is received, I will begin work on final piece.
5. Once final is done, I will post to my scraps again for final approval.  I will make minor changes
   at no additional charge, but major changes will require additional fees.
6. Once approved, rest of payment is due.  I will then post the work to my main gallery.

NOTES ON PROCEDURE
*I try to get all commissions done in a reasonable amount of time.  The wait will depend on the
complexity of your commission, my work load at school, and any commissions before yours.  
*If I am ever unable to complete your commission, I will provide a full refund of the half you paid.
*I currently only accept paypal.

RULES
I Will Not Do: (Only the first 3 rules and the mech rule are set in stone)
Anything hateful or discriminatory
Explicit nudity (Nudity is ok as long as everything is covered by a limb, object, hair, etc.)
Graphic Sex (If it can be considered hentai, I won't do it. Keep it at fluff level)
Innards (I'll do tons of blood, but I usually won't draw internal organs)
Mechs (Cyborg people are OK, just no Gundams)
Really weird fetishes, like inflation art.
I Will Do:
Everything is a case by case basis, but as long as it's not on my will not do list, I'll probably  do it. There are also some exceptions to my do nots. Then I'll consider it carefully.

PRICING(Full Character to Waist Up)
Level 1: Lineart $5
Level 2: Flat Colored, Screentoned, or Cellshaded $10
Level 3: Full CG $20

PRICING (Busts)
Level 1: Lineart $5
Level 2: Flat Colored, Screentoned, Cell Shaded $7.50
Level 3: Full CG $10

Extra Characters: Half of base price (ex. Full CG + Extra Character is $20 + $10)
Simple or No Background: Free.  Gradients, one color with shadow of character, etc.
Complex Background: $5 for Level 1 and 2. $10 for full CG.

For example, if you wanted 2 Flat Colored full characters with a simple background, it would be $10 (base price) + $5 (extra character) for a total of $15.

FINAL NOTE:
My style is pretty anime-ish.  While I've been trying to be a bit more realistic, my work will still have a somewhat anime look to it.  If you do not like anime styled art, I'm probably not the person you want to commission.
